Love - Something rather mundane really - I got my hair cut and I can see my eyes again - no more shaggy puppy here!
Love - Vista D'Oro Farms - A gem of a place I didn't know about until recently, it's landed on my 'wanna go!' list based purely on the pretty photos and the promise of homestyle jams....
Love - I'll admit I came late to the Vancouver food blog game, but that won't stop me from mentioning VanEats - Roland & Barb Tangleo have got to have one of the best ones out there, and they've been mighty, mighty helpful on those days when I know I want to go somewhere but not sure where.
Love - As some of you know, I have a serious love-on for Dresden Dolls, and am a sad, sad puppy since I found out that their show was sold out and I might have to ransom my sweetie's wine collection to get tix. Then a google search led me to this parody of their fabulous "Coin-Operated Boy" over at Moron Life which gave me quite a lift. Now to post a plea for tix on Craigslist....

Well, only one thing right now: Tennis! I'm on my way out the door to play with my hubby and daughter. Hopefully we'll have fun and not have any fights.

Being that it's a balmy 39ยบ C out right now, I love refridgeration, air conditioning, and a nice cold... glass of water. At least until tonight, then I'll consider switching over to something harder. Can you believe it's even too hot for a beer? It is. Thanks for stopping by earlier - always glad to meet a fellow Canuckian.
